Each order is carefully packed and checked but mistakes do happen.

If you received the wrong decals, your decals arrive damaged or something is missing, let us know. We can resolve the problem by sending out replacements. If your decals are defective or damaged upon arrival, please do not apply them. Please contact us right away so we can either suggest a way to fix them or have you return them in exchange for replacements.
To return or exchange an item -
1) Contact us using the contact us option on the bottom of the page. We will then provide a Return Form via email.
2) Return the un-used product in it's original packaging along with the form for a full refund*** minus s&h. For exchanges, please specify on included form. You can find our return address on the package the decals arrived in (We require proof of delivery for returns to be processed, therefore we do ask that a tracking number be associated with the Return/Exchange).
*Refunds or exchanges will not be awarded for decals that have been ruined during application.
*Refunds or exchanges will not be awarded if an item is not received and tracking was not provided (We strongly recommend selecting a tracking option when mailing the products back).
**Custom orders are non-refundable! If an item has a drop down option or requires custom information, it is considered a custom order. Absolutely no refunds on custom orders.
